SEAN BOONE, LPN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Sean Boone joins Lexington Place Senior Living with over 10 years of healthcare experience, specializing in the geriatric population. Originally from upstate New York, Sean attended nursing school here in Central Florida and has since dedicated his career to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors. His residents at Lexington Place deeply admire his unwavering commitment to their well-being, and his positive attitude and approach to patient care make him a standout leader in the senior living field.
Sean’s leadership is defined by his ability to combine clinical expertise with a heartfelt dedication to making a difference in the lives of those he serves. He is known for fostering a caring, respectful environment where residents feel valued and supported.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Angelyc, a fellow nurse, and their four children and two dogs. The family loves to travel and spend time outdoors, creating lasting memories together. Sean also cherishes his extended family, whom he fondly refers to as his “framily,” highlighting the importance of close-knit relationships both personally and professionally.
AMANDA BROOKINS, WELLNESS DIRECTOR

Amanda is a highly accomplished individual with a wealth of experience in the Senior Living Industry. After attending Daytona State College, she has dedicated herself to geriatric and memory care for the past six years. Her commitment to providing exceptional care is matched only by her dedication to her family. As a mother to her thirteen-year-old son, she sets a positive example for his friends and the children in the neighborhood. Amanda is an accomplished cook who frequently shares her treats with her family, friends, and co-workers. She also enjoys boating and fishing in her free time. Amanda’s passion for her work and her family is evident in her dedication to both.
ANGEL HUBBARD, BUSINESS OFFICE DIRECTOR
Angel Hubbard has been a valued member of the Lexington Place team for six years and currently serves as our Business Office Director. During her time at Lexington Place, she has built meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members, and her caring nature, love of people, and passion for serving seniors are evident in everything she does.
A native Floridian, Angel has called Volusia County home for 45 years. She and her husband, Shane, have been married for 22 years and have built a wonderful life centered around family, friends, and their community. Together, they have five children, three grandchildren, and a beloved dog. Family is incredibly important to Angel, and some of her favorite moments are simply those spent together.
Angel has always had a special place in her heart for older adults and genuinely enjoys caring for and helping others. Her natural warmth and desire to make people feel welcome are qualities she brings to Lexington Place every day.
Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending time at the beach, traveling, listening to music, cooking for family and friends, and volunteering in the community. She and Shane enjoy an active social life and love bringing people together, whether it is for a family gathering, time with friends, or an opportunity to give back.
For Angel, taking care of others comes naturally. After six years at Lexington Place, she is proud of the relationships she has built and grateful to be part of a community dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
DENISE PRAHL, DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR

Denise Prahl is a seasoned dietician with 35+ years in the industry. Born in NY, she earned her Associates Degree in Food Service Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Foods & Nutrition from State University of New York.
Denise began her career as a Registered Dietician as a college instructor in nutrition then obtained a Food Service Directors position in an 350 bed acute care hospital and following into a 60 bed women’s hospital all in New York.
Denise transitioned into the restaurant industry by purchasing and growing a seasonal business to a year-round service for 14 years. She has worked in the Senior Living community for 3 local facilities since 2004.
She joined Lexington Place in 2019 and is passionate about creating memorable dining room experiences and she is committed to providing exceptional customer service. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking for local organizations that give back to the community, walking the beach and spoiling her 2 dalmatian dogs.
LILLI SHELLER, MARKETING DIRECTOR

Lilli Sheller has called Florida home her entire life. Originally from Boca Raton, she now proudly lives in New Smyrna Beach, where she is deeply involved in the community she serves.
With more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing, Lilli has built a career centered on creating meaningful relationships and helping families navigate important life decisions. After transitioning into senior living, she quickly discovered her true passion—guiding older adults and their loved ones through one of life’s most significant transitions with compassion, honesty, and personalized support.
As the Sales and Marketing Director at Lexington Place, Lilli is committed to helping each resident find not just a place to live, but a place to truly call home. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and the local healthcare community. Her approach is rooted in empathy, integrity, and a genuine desire to ensure every family feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the move-in journey.
Beyond her role at Lexington Place, Lilli is an active leader in the New Smyrna Beach community. She serves on the AdventHealth New Smyrna Beach Foundation Board and is an active member of the Rotary Club and the Elks Lodge, where she enjoys giving back through service, outreach, and community partnerships. She believes that strong relationships and community involvement are essential to enriching the lives of older adults and strengthening the place she calls home.
Outside of work, Lilli enjoys traveling, boating, kayaking, golfing, hiking, exploring America’s National Parks and spending time with her two beloved dachshunds, Bailey and Daisy. Whether she’s meeting a new family at Lexington Place or volunteering in the community, Lilli is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
JOHN J. BISQUERT, LIFE ENRICHMENT DIRECTOR
John J. Bisquert brings a wealth of experience across healthcare, education, and hospitality to his role as Life Enrichment Director at Lexington Place Senior Living. With a passion for creating engaging, resident-centered programs, John excels at tailoring activities to meet the diverse needs of seniors. His expertise in event coordination, budget management, and team leadership ensures every detail is handled with care. John’s background in hospitality management and customer service further enhances his ability to create meaningful experiences, making him an invaluable asset to the community.
DAVID ZOLD, MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

David Zold came to Lexington Place with strong hands-on experience in construction and 15 years of experience in the IT/Communications field. Having contracted overseas with the U.S. military, managed departments in private high schools and in assisted living, David is no stranger to the never-ending curveballs that life tends to throw our way. With the rapid growth of technology in our everyday lives, we find it essential for our maintenance director to possess the ability to maintain and improve both the structural and technical aspects of our beautiful facility. David states, “My goal is to provide the perfect balance of comfort and security in our community, that’s my recipe for happiness”. On a personal note, David loves spending his personal time with his wife, tending to their dogs, chickens and whatever other critters may come his way.
