TIFFANY DORESTE, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
LEIGHANN GRECO, MARKETING DIRECTOR
Leighann Greco, Marketing Director, comes to Lexington Place with 12 years of Marketing experience in Central Florida. Leighann was born in New York, and moved to Ormond Beach when she was a young child. Leighann started her marketing career in 2006 in Central Florida, and decided to follow her passion in the nursing field. She attended Daytona State College where she first obtained her Medical Assisting Certification and then, with the support of her family, returned to complete Nursing school in 2014. Leighann worked in an outpatient clinic for 6 years, Skilled Nursing for 4 years, and has experience in Home health care as well. Leighann began her career in Assisted Living in 2014 and quickly found her passion and niche.
Leighann has been involved with giving back to our community through various programs and community service efforts. She prides herself on being a patient advocate with much emphasis on our seniors and there families.
Leighann and her family live in Port Orange and have 3 girls. She enjoys spending time with her family, boating, fishing, and football.
DAVID ZOLD, MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
David Zold came to Lexington Place with strong hands-on experience in construction and 15 years of experience in the IT/Communications field. Having contracted overseas with the U.S. military, managed departments in private high schools and in assisted living, David is no stranger to the never-ending curveballs that life tends to throw our way. With the rapid growth of technology in our everyday lives, we find it essential for our maintenance director to possess the ability to maintain and improve both the structural and technical aspects of our beautiful facility. David states, “My goal is to provide the perfect balance of comfort and security in our community, that’s my recipe for happiness”. On a personal note, David loves spending his personal time with his wife, tending to their dogs, chickens and whatever other critters may come his way.
BREANA RICHARDS, BUSINESS OFFICE DIRECTOR
BreAna Richards is the Business Office Director of Lexington Place Senior Living. BreAna has worked in the customer service industry for over a decade and is responsible for regulatory compliance related to Human Resources, Payroll, and the onboarding of new team members, amongst other things.
BreAna began her work experience in fast-pasted customer service settings, which lead her to eventually pursue a career with Lexington Place Senior Living. BreAna has many talents, but specifically her level of professionalism, and a superior ability to multitask, makes her a great part of the team at Lexington Place.
BreAna is from Winter Park, Florida. She moved to the New Smyrna Beach area when she was a teenager and fell in love with all that this charming town has to offer. BreAna has 3 children, and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with then at the beach. She also enjoys crafting and reading fiction books.
