TESTIMONIALS
LOVE WHERE YOU LIVE
Dear Tiffany,
On behalf of myself and my wife Chris, my sister Sue and brother Jeff, we wish to express our sincerest appreciation to all your team members for their hard work and loving care during our father’s last days and passing and throughout his two plus years in the community. I am sure that if I try to list everyone’s name, I would miss one or two, but we are especially grateful to the entire memory care unit team for the love and care extended to our dad and family; you are truly God’s angels and we are blessed for dad to be in your care. We can honestly say that your facility, staff and mission are exactly the model that families would imagine and hope for and the care of their loved ones.
We hope and pray for the virus and restrictions to end sometime in the future, and that all the staff and residents can remain healthy and protected. Please know that Lexington and its team members will always be remembered with fondness and a grateful heart.
Sincerely,
Bruce and Chris Spengler

“Dear Tina,
It’s seldom that I take time out of my busy schedule to write a letter giving strong praise to somebody. However, I have been so impressed with one of your Care Partners that I wanted to share my testimonial with you.
Over the past few months I have had the pleasure of interacting with and observing Ms. Simms (Sam), your CNA Care Partner in Memory Care. I’ve come to realize Sam really understands and recognizes the unique requirements for care along with knowing the individual personal preferences of each resident. I have witnessed on numerous occasions Sam’s unique combination of care and compassion and how she treats each resident with dignity and respect. In so many wonderful ways she has their best interest at heart.
Sam also does a wonderful job of promoting happiness with her friendly smile and friendly outward appearance. Despite memory challenges in memory care, Sam is often seen comforting and reassuring residents with kind words and a loving touch. She also greets visitors like my wife and me by our first name, and has provided us with valuable contact information for outside service providers to Lexington Place for such things as physical therapy.
Through my observations I have also noticed that Sam is a team player, and treats her coworkers with respect. She also admires Mariah and the fact that she is an LPN. Recently Sam shared with me she intends to take nursing classes to become an LPN. She said she wants to advance her skills through higher education and on the job training.
It is my hope that you will take time out of your busy schedule to recognize Sam as I have with my testimonial. She is a passionate Care Partner and an asset to you, your team and all the residents at Lexington Place Memory Care.”

“My sisters and I are so excited that we have found Lexington Place in NSB, now my Mom can be near us in a safe and social environment. She has picked out her apartment and is looking forward to moving in and decorating it, in February 2017.” – Clark Reed, NSB (Son of resident)
“We just wanted to take a minute to welcome you to new Smyrna Beach! As a visiting practice service, we are excited about what Lexington Place will have to offer. Having choices when choosing independent living, assisted living and memory care is so important. And your community will be a great choice for anyone looking for a beautiful, upscale environment with caring and dedicated staff. We were impressed with your friendly staff at Lexington Place and with all the wonderful amenities, and that you will have 24 hour staffing.” -Dr. David Heise and Maria Sweeney, RN Family Practice On The Go
“There are many reasons for me choosing Lexington Place as my future home. The amenities are tremendous and show the administrative staff’s depth of researching the needs of the families who will become their first residents. When I was considering my move to Lexington Place, I inquired and investigated many facilities.None of them provided the number and quality of services that Lexington Place offered without extra added on charges. From my first visit with the Executive Director, I knew that this was the place for me to be. It was like a welcome to a family community of people who I could trust to meet my daily living needs. Even though the building was still rising, I knew that the welcoming atmosphere of the inner courtyards, common areas and multiple special areas was going to be what I needed at this time of my life. I am wheelchair bound but every concern that a person in my situation has, had already been met. I am looking forward to many happy times in my new home. My family also shares the comfort in knowing that I will be living in a safe and accommodating community of skilled and caring staff.” -Prayerfully Joan Harvey (Resident)
