SEAN BOONE, LPN, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Sean comes to Lexington Place from upstate New York and attended nursing school here in central Florida. Sean has over 10 years healthcare experience with the geriatric population and his residents here at Lexington Place truly admire his dedication and compassion.  He consistently highlights his skills all the while maintaining a positive attitude and approach to patient care is what makes him stand out as a leader in his field.  Sean has been married to his wife, Angelyc, also a nurse, for 4 years and have three beautiful children and two dogs.  He says that he and his family enjoy traveling and spending time together outdoors- not to mention his extended family and what he likes to call his “framily”.

LINDA EMBREY, LIFE ENRICHMENT DIRECTOR

Linda Embrey is a graduate of Rollins College in Winter Park, FL; majoring in Organizational Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations and Marketing.

She started her career in advertising, with the largest hospitality agency in the world, giving her the opportunity to travel throughout the Caribbean and many other vacation destinations.

She and her husband moved to New Smyrna Beach 13 years ago where Linda worked at and volunteered for Assisted Living Facilities and Senior Centers as well as Working as the Membership/Activities Director for the Southeast Volusia Chamber of Commerce.

Her passion for the Senior population drove her to Lexington Place. According to Linda, the best way to start every day is stopping by the dining hall to chat with the residents while they enjoy a yummy breakfast!

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her beloved husband and three fur babies, Quincy Princy, Leo Lion and the Tubby Tabby, as well as going to the beach, crafting, and reading.

LILLI HAWTREE, MARKETING DIRECTOR

Lilli was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She and her husband James have a home in New Smyrna Beach and have four grown children between them.

Lilli has been in Sales and marketing for 25 years.  Most of that time was spent in the Hotel industry. She also had an active career planning and coordinating weddings.  She moved into the Senior Living industry after a friend encouraged her to explore it and has not looked back. She has a passion for seniors and loves working with families to find the right place for them to call home.  She is an active Rotarian and has served on the boards of the Chamber of Commerce, Advent Health Hospital, Police Athletic League and the Southeast Volusia Advertising Authority.  She has a passion for Community service and spends much of her time volunteering in the community.

In her spare time, she enjoys Travelling, Boating, Golfing and riding her Motorcycle.

BREANA RICHARDS, BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

BreAna Richards is the Business Office Manager of Lexington Place Senior Living. BreAna Richards has worked in the customer service industry for over a decade and is responsible for regulatory compliance related to Human Resources, Payroll, and the onboarding of new team members, amongst other things.

BreAna began her work experience in fast-pasted settings, and customer service which lead her to eventually pursue a career with Lexington Senior Living. BreAna has many talents, but specifically her level of professionalism, and a superior ability to multitask, makes her a great part of the team at Lexington Place.BreAna is from Winter Park, Florida. She moved to the New Smyrna Beach area when she was a teenager and fell in love with all that this charming town has to offer. BreAna has 3 children, and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with them at the beach. She also enjoys crafting and reading.

AMANDA BROOKINS, WELLNESS DIRECTOR

Amanda is a highly accomplished individual with a wealth of experience in the Senior Living Industry. After attending Daytona State College, she has dedicated herself to geriatric and memory care for the past six years. Her commitment to providing exceptional care is matched only by her dedication to her family. As a mother to her thirteen-year-old son, she sets a positive example for his friends and the children in the neighborhood. Amanda is an accomplished cook who frequently shares her treats with her family, friends, and co-workers. She also enjoys boating and fishing in her free time. Amanda’s passion for her work and her family is evident in her dedication to both.

 

DENISE PRAHL, DINING SERVICES DIRECTOR

Denise Prahl is a seasoned dietician with 35+ years in the industry.  Born in NY, she earned her Associates Degree in Food Service Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Foods & Nutrition from State University of New York.

Denise began her career as a Registered Dietician as a college instructor in nutrition then obtained a Food Service Directors position in an 350 bed acute care hospital and following into a 60 bed women’s hospital all in New York.

Denise transitioned into the restaurant industry by purchasing and growing a seasonal business to a year-round service for 14 years.  She has worked in the Senior Living community for 3 local facilities since 2004.

She joined Lexington Place in 2019 and is passionate about creating memorable dining room experiences and she is committed to providing exceptional customer service.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking for local organizations that give back to the community, walking the beach and spoiling her 2 dalmatian dogs.

DAVID ZOLD, MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR

David Zold

David Zold came to Lexington Place with strong hands-on experience in construction and 15 years of experience in the IT/Communications field. Having contracted overseas with the U.S. military, managed departments in private high schools and in assisted living, David is no stranger to the never-ending curveballs that life tends to throw our way.  With the rapid growth of technology in our everyday lives, we find it essential for our maintenance director to possess the ability to maintain and improve both the structural and technical aspects of our beautiful facility. David states, “My goal is to provide the perfect balance of comfort and security in our community, that’s my recipe for happiness”. On a personal note, David loves spending his personal time with his wife, tending to their dogs, chickens and whatever other critters may come his way.
